Usage:Use this toner every day after brushing your teeth. Shake the bottle before each use. At least once a day, fill the cap on the bottle halfway with tonic (about one teaspoon), swish in your mouth for at least 30 seconds, then spit it out. For children, it is recommended to dilute 1 teaspoon of tonic with half water. For best results, do not eat or drink for 15 minutes after use. Keep out of reach of children.
